Seva – Daan – Dharam

I have refrained myself from writing several social activities done by our family members since one famous learned ascetic (tapasvee) saint told me that "Daan – Dharam" done by one hand should not be known to the other hand leave aside to others persons.  In case we fail to do so;  when we stand before Bhagwan in heavenly abode;  he says that as a teacher in school cuts your marks if you commit spelling mistakes; similarly, I reduce your   "Punya A/c"   in the following manner : (a) In case of less Prachar : (–) 20 / 25%,  (b) In case of medium Prachar  :  (–) 50%,  (c) In case of excess Prachar  :  (–) 75 / 80%.

However, if nothing is mentioned we will fail to discharge our duty to next generations since they will follow our “Karma” and will avoid social activities presuming we have not done any. I feel quite embarrassed to ask any member about their social activities. However, whatever is known to me that I am appending hereupon in general terms without mentioning by whom that has been done, when and where.

Daan should be given only to a deserving person (Uchit Patra) and you should feel lucky if a Uchit Patra is available to you

A Charitable Trust was formed for RSS (Rastriya Swayam Sevak Sangh) for overall development of Rural areas – mainly for imparting primary education to Tribal areas whose number presently runs into thousands.

A contribution was made as Trustee for a Temple but instead of becoming Trustee himself, a Brahmin who was staunch Devotee of Dev Vigrah that was installed in the said Temple was made Trustee.

A proverb goes – Charity begins from Home, so it is our paramount duty to see that our staff who works for long period say 25/30 years are properly taken care off after retirement.
